Moldovan PM meets European Parliament President

Chisinau, 16 March /MOLDPRES/- On a visit to Brussels, Prime Minister Pavel Filip had a meeting with European Parliament President Martin Schulz on 15 March, the government's communication and media relations department has reported.
Filip thanked the European Parliament for the constant support provided to Moldova over the last years, reminding the liberalisation fo visa regime for Moldovans since 2014, support for the Association Agreement and enlarging quotas for Moldovan exports.
The premier informed about mechanism meant to synchronize agenda of parliament and government from Moldova put into operation to speed up and optimise the process of reforms.
Filip noted that the Moldovan authorities exactly knew what to do and were committed to carry out the planned things.
Schulz encouraged the Moldovan government to continue make progress in promoting reforms. He expressed full support for the Moldovan authorities.
