Chisinau, 12 April /MOLDPRES/-The Economics Ministry carried out a regulation on the start of state controls during the moratorium, which entered into force on 1 April 2016.
According to the regulation, the institution in charge of state controls may submit a petition to the Economics Ministry, notifying it of its intention to perform the control. The ministry will then issue a control authorization after examining the petition.
The regulation includes the petition pattern and comes up with explanations on the information the institution in charge must include/unveil, in order to get an authorization from the Economics Ministry.
The Economics Ministry has received seven requests to perform state controls so far, from the Fiscal Inspectorate, Giurgiulesti Port Captainship, State Energy Inspectorate and the National Health Insurance Company. The ministry accepted only two, rejecting the rest of them as they were insufficiently reasoned.
