Meteorologists issue yellow code of sudden weather change in Moldova

Chisinau, 4 January /MOLDPRES/- Meteorologists have issued a yellow code of sudden weather change on 6-9 January.

According to the State Hydro-meteorological Service, during the day, the air temperature will be – 6 – 11 degrees, and the northwest wind will blow up to 17-22 meters per second. At the same time, snowfalls are forecast on the same period.

Over the next days, the air temperature will decrease to – 13 degrees during the day, and at night to – 16 degrees, in the centre of the country.

In northern country, the air temperature will not exceed – 14 degrees during the day and – 17 degrees overnight. In southern, thermometers will show up to – 12 degrees during the day and to – 15 degrees at night.
