Moldovan PM to benefit from security during one year after mandate expiration

Chisinau, 12 January /MOLDPRES/- Prime Minister will benefit from ensuring security during one year in case of expiry of the mandate, resignation or inability to perform his duties, under a legislative amendment published in the Official Journal of Moldova.
Under the document, the premier will benefit from security only if his mandate lasted at least one year.
Also, a decree on promulgating legislative amendment by President Igor Dodon will be published on 13 January.
The parliament has earlier passed a legislative amendment, by which the head of state will benefit from office, personal assistant and permanent car during four years, in case of mandate expiration, resignation or inability to perform his duties.
