Moldovan civil servants to benefit from stimulation payments

Chisinau, 12 January /MOLDPRES/ – The civil servants will benefit from incentive payments, according to legislative changes which are to be published in Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova from 13.01.2017.

According to the document, the officials will receive a monthly allowance for labour intensity and an annual award. At the same time, they will receive unique prizes and other incentive payments, which will be paid from the saving funds for the allocated work volume for the corresponding year, in the manner and conditions established by government.

The funds required for the grant gain monthly labour intensity is allocated annually to a maximum 15 per cent of the annual salary.

Amendments entered into force on 01 January 2017.

According to the law on civil service pay system, they are now receiving the official salary, bonus for the qualifications, special grade and diplomatic rank.
