Moldovan government's state chancellery switches to electronic circulation of documents

Chisinau, 13 January /MOLDPRES/ - The documents of the government’s State Chancellery, starting from January 2017, are registered, sent and re-directed only through the information system e-Management. The measure is meant to ensure a good implementation of the initiative, Government without Paper, and to optimize the operational activity of the institution, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.
Thus, the draft decisions are to be submitted to the cabinet for consideration and approval in electronic format, and respectively, the ones approved by the government, after their issuance, are no longer sent to the ministries in charge on paper, but only in electronic format.
At the same time, to ensure transparency in the decision-making process, the draft agenda of the government meetings and the draft normative acts, which are to be considered and approved by the cabinet members, will be placed only in electronic format on the government’s webpage www.gov.md.
