Moldovan government launches contest to select new members of National Participation Council

Chisinau, 23 January /MOLDPRES/ – For the purpose to strengthen the dialogue with civil society, but also to facilitate the involvement of non – governmental organizations in developing and implementing public policies, the Government has announced a public contest to select new members of the National Council for Participation (CNP), the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.
The members of CNP can be representatives from non – governmental organizations and research organizations who, by means of their activity, facilitate the participation of society in the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic planning documents. The persons holding public positions can not participate in competition.
In selecting the Council’s new members, the Commission will assess the profile trials candidates, their work experience and performances, as well as involvement in various projects.
Those who wish to participate in the competition must submit a covering letter signed by the head of the organization, CV of the delegated person, information on activity of organization and a copy of registration certificate.
The deadline for application submitting is 20 February 2017, by 17.00. These can be submitted in printed form by the State Chancellery, Piata Marii Adunari Nationale, nr. 1 or in digital form at: [email protected]
