Moldovan, Armenian officials approach economic cooperation

Chisinau, 25 January /MOLDPRES/- Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Lilian Darii received today Ambassador Agréé of the Republic of Armenia Jivan Movsisyan, on the occasion of presenting the copies of his letters of credentials, the Foreign and European Integration Ministry's information and media relations service has reported.

Darii wished success to Jivan Movsisyan in his new capacity and ensured him of the Moldovan side’s full support.

During the meeting, the two officials exchanged views on the current stage of the bilateral Moldovan-Armenian relations and of the prospects for strengthening the political dialogue, promoting trade and economic cooperation and cultural exchanges.

At the same time, the sides expressed mutual interest in continued cooperation within international organizations.
