Moldovan PM to pay official visit to Ukrainian capital

Chisinau, 08 February /MOLDPRES/ – Prime Minister Pavel Filip will pay an official visit 2017 to Kiev, Ukraine on 13 February, at the invitation of his Ukrainian counterpart, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.

The head of the Cabinet will meet with Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groisman and Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko to discuss the evolution of Moldovan – Ukrainian relations and possibilities for boosting bilateral partnership. There will also be addressed more current issues for Moldova and Ukraine, including: protecting the Dniester ecosystem, intensifying economic relations, but also common approach in negotiating the Transnistrian conflict.
