Moldovan foreign ministry condemns terrorist attack in Pakistan

Chisinau, 17 February /MOLDPRES/ - The Foreign and European Integration Ministry (MAEIE) firmly condemns the terrorist attack which occurred in the Sehwan city in the southern region of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, in the wake of which at least 70 persons were killed and over 150 injured, the MAEIE information and media communication service has reported.

The ministry expresses solidarity with the authorities of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the deep regret for the losses of human lives, sympathy for the mourning families.

The ministry reiterates Moldova’s firm commitment to fight all forms of terrorism and reaffirms the need to join and boost international efforts to combat them.
