More Moldovan state-owned enterprises put up for privatization

Chisinau, 24 February /MOLDPRES/ - The Public Properties Agency today informed about the organization of a round of privatization of state public property assets.

The overall value of the assets put up for tenders is estimated at 1.3 billion lei.

Among the enterprises put up for tenders, there are the joint stock company Barza Alba, JSC Tutun-CTC, JSC Hotelul Chisinau (Chisinau Hotel), JSC Dairy Factory from Nisporeni, JSC Butter and Cheese Factory from Vulcanesti-InLav, JSC Basarabia Nord, JSC Butter Factory from Floresti and others.

At the same time, a new tender for the privatization of movie theatres from the Falesti and Leova towns will be organized. Their cost is of 868,000 lei and the minimum volume of investments the future owner is to guarantee is of 1.8 million lei.

The auctions and tenders are to take place on 24 February – 30 March.
