Moldovan official journal roundup for 3 March

Chisinau, 2 March /MOLDPRES/- Regulation on organisation and operation of single desk for authorizing the construction works will be published in the Official Journal of Moldova on 3 March.

According to the regulation, information resource “e-construction authorization” will be set up through the automated information system for managing permits. The single desk will become operational by late 2017 and will be applied by all local public authorities and state supervisory bodies responsible for authorizing the construction works.

Due to creating single desk, the duration for getting construction permits will be reduced to about 100 days. At the same time, the procedures will be simplified and costs incurred by the applicant will be reduced, being removed many barriers in this respect.

Also, the single desk for authorization of construction works will increase transparency in this area by facilitating actions of monitoring compliance period for examination and issuance of documents requested by the applicant, as well as the reasons for the refusal to release the documents.
