Moldovan foreign minister meets Hungarian deputy premier

Chisinau, 10 March /MOLDPRES/ - Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign and European Integration Minister Andrei Galbur, on an official visit to Hungary, today had a meeting with Hungarian Deputy Prime Minister Zsolt Semjen, the Foreign and European Integration Ministry’s information and media communication service has reported.
The discussions were focused on subjects dealing with the re-launch of the bilateral cooperation in priority sectors, promotion of the agenda of Moldova’s transformation and priorities of the Moldova – European Union dialogue.
Deputy Prime Minister Semjen reconfirmed the support for Moldova’s European agenda, both at the bilateral level and within the V4 format – Visegrad Group countries. The Hungarian official reiterated that Hungary was a firm supporter of the visionary development of the Eastern Partnership and that his country was willing to share the Hungarian experience of accession to EU in the priority sectors for Moldova.
The Moldovan deputy prime minister thanked his Hungarian counterpart for the support and experience provided by Hungary in efforts to modernize Moldova’s economy, including for the financing provided by Hungary to implement joint bilateral and multilateral projects.
