Moldovan Liberal Democrats have new MP

Chisinau, 21 March /MOLDPRES/ - The head of the central Anenii Noi district, Alexandru Barbarosie, is a new lawmaker on behalf of the Liberal Democratic Party (PLDM), after Chiril Lucinschi has given up his MP mandate.
The Constitutional Court today validated Barbarosie’s mandate of lawmaker, after the Central Electoral Commission put forward the alternate member on PLDM’s list.
Alexandru Barbarosie was the on the 32nd position on the Liberal Democrats’ electoral list at the parliamentary polls from November 2014.
Alexandru Barbarosie was born in the Mereni village, Anenii Noi district, on 7 April 1974. He graduated from the History and Ethno-pedagogy Faculty of the Chisinau-based Ion Creanga State Pedagogical University. Barbarosie subsequently worked at more private companies.
The PLDM parliamentary faction has nine MPs.
