Moldovan foreign minister meets representatives of Jewish organisations in USA

Chisinau, 22 March /MOLDPRES/- Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign and European Integration Minister Andrei Galbur had a meeting with representatives of Jewish organizations in Washington D.C., National Coalition Supporting Eurasian Jewry, Holocaust Museum in the United States, B’nai B’rith International and the World Jewish Restitution Organization, the Foreign and European Integration Ministry’s information and media relations service has reported.

The officials pointed out Moldova’s achievements in combating anti-Semitism and commemorating the Holocaust tragedy, including the recent adoption by the government of the action plan on implementation of Moldovan parliament declaration on acceptance of International Commission’s Report on Holocaust study.

The sides agreed on continuing to strengthen the cooperation with Jewish organizations in various sectors.
