Moldovan deputy foreign minister meets Romanian minister delegate for European affairs

Chisinau, 23 March /MOLDPRES/ - Deputy Foreign and European Integration Minister Lilian Darii met Romanian Minister Delegate for European Affairs Ana Birchall in Piatra Neamt, Romania, today, the Foreign and European Integration Ministry’s information and media communication service has reported.

The sides exchanged opinions on the implementation of the European agenda of reforms, provided for in the Association Agreement between Moldova and the European Union. The officials paid special attention to the support provided by Romania to this end, in the spirit of the partnership for European integration.

Lilian Darii and Ana Birchall reiterated mutual interest in the organization of a meeting of the Moldova-Romania inter-governmental commission for European integration in the near future.
