Moldovan foreign ministry condemns Stockholm terrorist act

Chisinau, 7 April /MOLDPRES/ - The Foreign and European Integration Ministry (MAEIE) firmly condemns the terrorist attack which occurred in Stockholm, Sweden, today, which resulted in people dead and more injured.

The MAEIE information and media communication service has said that the representatives of Moldova’s diplomatic mission from Stockholm officially asked the local authorities to check whether there are Moldovan citizens among the people hit.

The Ministry expresses solidarity with Sweden’s authorities, deep regret for the losses of human lives and sympathy for the mourning families.

MAEIE reiterates Moldova’s firm commitment to fighting all forms of terrorism and reaffirms the need to boost international efforts to combat them.
