President of Turkey to visit Moldova on 5-6 May

Chisinau, 11 May /MOLDPRES/ - President Igor Dodon has had a meeting with Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Turkey to Moldova Hulusi Kilic, the presidential press service reported.

The sides discussed key moments related to a visit to Moldova by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, due on 5-6 May.

Igor Dodon instructed to set up a working group, due to be made up of decision-makers of the President’s Apparatus, government, as well as of the Gagauz autonomy’s administration, for the good organization of the visit by the Turkish official.

Within the visit by the president of Turkey, more high-level meetings will take place in Chisinau. More cooperation agreements will be signed in sectors of common interest. Also, a forum of business people from both states will be organized. At the same time, the president of Turkey will visit the Gagauz region, where he will participate in more events.
