Moldovan artists participate in CIS Youth Delphic Games

Chisinau, 20 April /MOLDPRES/ – Moldovan interpreters participate in the twelfth edition of the CIS Youth Delphic Games, which takes place in Ekaterinburg, Russia, on 19-26 April.
At the same time, the 16th edition of the Polish Delphic Games and the EuroAsia Youth Delphic Festival are organized.
Asked by MOLDPRES, the general secretary of the National Commission for UNESCO of Moldova, the composer Constantin Rusnac, the chairman of the Delphic National Committee, said that the event totally brought together about 2,400 participants (competitors, jury, guests, concert masters, etc.). The team of Moldova consists of 18 persons and five jury members.
The festival opened with a concert attended by laureates of the previous Delphic Games. During the concert, the anthem of the Delphic Games, by Constantin Rusnac and Ludmila Sobietsky, was performed by the Unified Choir of the Music College "P. I. Tchaikovsky" in Yekaterinburg, the College of Ural Boys College of Choir, the College of Arts, Choir College from the city of Asbest, the Unified College Choir of the Ural Federal University and other choir collectives. The anthem was interpreted in Romanian and Russian.
