Moldovan cabinet appoints three ambassadors

Chisinau, 3 May /MOLDPRES/ - The cabinet of ministers, at a today’s meeting, approved the appointment to office of three ambassadors, who will promote and protect Moldova’s interests abroad, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.
Thus, at a proposal by the Foreign and European Integration Ministry, Victor Osipov was appointed Moldova’s Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Austria, Moldova’s Resident Representative at the OSCE and Representative at the Unions Nations Office at Vienna.
At the same time, Andrei Neguta was appointed Moldovan Ambassador to Russia and Victor Sorocean – Moldovan Ambassador to Belarus, as well as Moldova’s Resident and Plenipotentiary Representative at the statutory and other bodies of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
