2 million-euro-Turkish investment to be made in Comrat

Chisinau, 7 May /MOLDPRES/- On a visit to Comrat, Moldovan Prime Minister Pavel Filip and Turkish Premier Binali Yildirim participated in a ceremony of laying the first stone at the foundation of Chateau Comrat, the government's communication and protocol department has reported.
Filip said that such examples were the best tools to persuade other foreign companies to invest in our country, contributing to the development of tourism. "I am glad the natural beauty of our lands and the traditional hospitality of the people forming the great family of Moldovan people inspire foreign investors to beautiful ideas and projects".
For his part, the Turkish premier noted that the investments of Turkish businessmen in Moldova have exceeded 300 million dollars. "The hotel which foundation is set today is an example of the economic relations between Moldova and Turkey, which are growing. Any investment means creating jobs, which can serve as a motivation for young people to stay in the country".
The project is an investment of 2 million euros of Turkish entrepreneurs and is planned to be completed within a year and a half.
