Moldovan foreign ministry speaks for extending economic, trade investment cooperation with Indian partners

Chisinau, 15 May /MOLDPRES/ – Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Lilian Darii received the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Moldova to the Republic of India, Purrshottam Bhaggeria, being on a courtesy visit on 15 May 2017, the Foreign and European Integration Ministry’s information and media communication service has reported.

The officials exchanged views on prospects of development of the Moldovan-Indian relations, especially in the field of socio-cultural, commercial, economic and investment ties. In this context, the Honorary Consul informed about the intention to organize a trade mission of Indian businessmen to the Republic of Moldova.

Deputy Foreign Minister Darii wished him success in maximizing on the potential of bilateral Moldovan-Indian cooperation and reiterated the authorities’ support for the events aiming to promote the Republic of Moldova in India.
