Chisinau, 21 September /MOLDPRES/ - A number of fifty five MPs today re-voted eight laws rejected by President Igor Dodon.
The documents reconsidered and repeatedly voted today will be submitted to the head of state for promulgation.
“The laws I have not promulgated refer to subjects of major importance for the country. I believe that, in more sectors, especially in the one dealing with the science, labour legislation and others, the situation will worsen, if the these laws are repeatedly adopted,” Dodon said in a statement posted on a social networking.
Among the laws repeatedly voted today there are: the law on meal vouchers, law on reform of the Academy of Sciences, law on energy, law on the change and completion of the Labour Code, law on the prevention and fighting terrorism, law on state distinctions, etc.
The lawmakers of the Party of Socialists, Party of Communists and Liberal Democratic Party boycotted the parliament meeting. The MPs today assembled at a special plenary meeting, at a proposal by the Democratic Party, in order to discuss and re-vote more laws rejected by head of state Igor Dodon.
