Chisinau, 14 November /MOLDPRES/ - The period of assessing the work of ministers and civil servants delegated by the Moldovan Democratic Party (PDM) will end on 19 December 2017 and afterwards, reshufflings will take place. The spokesman for PDM, Vitalie Gamurari, today made statements to this effect after a weekly meeting of the Democrats.
Gamurari noted that the ministers who do not have a serious attitude towards the problems faced by the citizens would leave the system. “The main subjects of the meeting were focused on more reports the MPs and ministers brought from areas, after discussions with citizens. Thus, discussions were held on more problems signaled by citizens, as well as the attitude the PDM representatives should have to quickly settle these problems. Therefore, PDM leader Vlad Plahotniuc informed that, along with Prime Minister Pavel Filip, they established that, till next mid-December, the assessment of the ministers’ work should be completed, taking into account that a government reshuffling is scheduled to take place on that period,” Gamurari said.
The spokesman for the Democrats’ noted that, during the evaluation, the basic criterion was the way the civil servant had managed to synchronize the working agenda with the problems signaled by the citizens and the degree of their settlement. “Also, they discussed expectations of the citizens from the state institutions, as well as expectations PDM has from representatives it delegated to the institutions’ management,” Vitalie Gamurari added.
The Democratic Party of Moldova has earlier said that the ministers and civil servants would be monitored, in order to establish the efficiency of their work. The measure is aimed at solving the problems of citizens and de-bureaucratizing the system of functioning of the state institutions.
