Petrol, diesel prices increase in Moldova

Chisinau, 14 November /MOLDPRES/ – The National Energy Regulatory Agency (ANRE) set the trading price for the most demanded petrol Premium – 95 at MDL 17.79 per litre and for diesel MDL 15.78, for 15 – 28 November, today.

As such, petrol is dearer by 66 bani per litre and diesel 52 bani compared to the previous period. The new petrol and diesel prices will take effect at midnight and be in effect on 15 – 28 November. The operators will not have the right to retail fuel at prices higher than those set by the ANRE.

Brent oil price barrel has stabilised commencing 13 November 2017 on London stock exchange at $63.5 a barrel after a five – week increase. At New York Stock Exchange, the oil barrel price went up to $56.80. The price of Brent oil rose 2.3 per cent the recent week, writes the international press.
