Moldovan capital citizens’ 2.16 per cent participate in referendum by 10:00 a.m.

Chisinau, 19 November /MOLDPRES/ – About 14 thousand citizens participated in referendum on dismissal of the mayor general of Chisinau by 10:00 a.m. The statement was made by deputy chairman of the Chisinau constituency electoral Council, Vitalie Miron, in a press briefing today.
According to the cited source, the figure represents 2.16 per cent of the total number of voters. "Out of total voters, 6,719 are men and 6,862 are women. Most voters are from Botanica sector of Chisinau, followed by Buiucani, Center, Ciocana and Riscani sectors. From suburbs, lowest voters’ turnout is attested in Cruzesti, while highest in Sangera," said Vitalie Miron.
Similarly, he specified that “all polling stations are functioning normally”.

The info line operates between 05:00 and 24:00 on 19 November 2017.
