Moldovan cabinet supports apostilling of education documents issued in Transnistrian region

Chisinau, 7 February /MOLDPRES/ - The education documents issued by the education institutions of the administrative and territorial units from the left bank of Dniester and Bender municipality starting from 1992 will be apostilled, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.  

In this respect, the cabinet today approved a decision on the completion of the normative framework in force with regulations that will allow applying the apostille on the acts issued in the Transnistrian region, in particular, at the T.G. Shevchenko University from Tiraspol. 

Thus, young people from the left bank of Dniester will have possibility to continue education and get employed abroad.

The education documents will be worked out according to the standards and recommendations by European experts. The pattern of the form will be neutral, approved by the Education, Culture and Research Ministry. At the same time, the seals and stamps will not contain state symbols, symbols of other state-type formations or signs and mentions which can be assimilated to them.
