Second edition of Come Home on Christmas campaign to be held in Moldova

Chisinau, 18 December /MOLDPRES/ - Over 40 concerts and shows will be organized in Moldova’s settlements, as well as in the Diaspora at the second edition of the Come Home on Christmas campaign. The spokesman for the government, Daniel Voda, today said that the cultural activities would start on 19 December in Ungheni and would end in Balti and Leova on 16 January 2025.    

The local public administrations are urged also to turn to account the traditions of the regions, through the organization of fairs, workmanship exhibitions, concerts with local artists and interactive activities. The latter are aimed at promoting the unique identity of each settlement, strengthening, at the same time, the cohesion and the community spirit.     

More information about the date, time and location of the events will be available on the webpages of the government and Culture Ministry.   

The government initiated the first issue of the Come Home on Christmas campaign  in the 2023 year.
