Moldovan top court validates mandate of Liberal Democrat MP

Chisinau, 15 February /MOLDPRES/- The Constitutional Court today validated the MP mandate of Sergiu Ceaus, on the list of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova. He will hold the vacant seat after the departure of Iurie Leanca from the parliament.

This post was to be held by Nicolae Fachira, but he refused mandate.

Sergiu Ceauș is a graduate of the Faculty of Economic Law and worked as a lawyer at BNM, the Centre for Policies and Analysis in Public Health. He was the head of the Chisinau municipal council President’s Office. He served as deputy head of Criuleni district.
