Moldovan foreign minister meets OSCE Secretary General

Chisinau, 19 February /MOLDPRES/- On the sidelines of the conference on security in Munich held on 16-18 February, Foreign and European Integration Minister Tudor Ulianovschi had a discussion with OSCE Secretary General, Ambassador Thomas Greminger, the MAEIE’s public diplomacy, strategic communication and media relations service has reported.
The two officials exchanged views on topical and priority issues for Moldova, including the Transnistrian conflict settlement and strengthening the OSCE mandate in Moldova. The officials have reflected on the concrete ways to move forward the dynamics of the Transnistrian issue, to the extent of commitments of the sides involved in the dialogue.
Also, Ulianovschi stressed the priority attention given by Moldova to the withdrawal of Russian troops and ammunition deployed to the left bank of the Dniestre, and noted the importance of the Organisation’s support in this regard.
