Moldovan prime minister says EU Council’s conclusions mark two years of profound reforms

Chisinau, 26 February /MOLDPRES/ – The conclusions released by EU Council on Moldova today marks two years of profound reforms and encourages us to duplicate efforts in key areas such as public administration reform, improving conditions for business environment or strengthening energy sector. The statement was made by Prime Minister, Pavel Filip, on his official page.
The Premier also said that "recommendations from Brussels are as realistic as possible, while encouraging us to duplicate efforts in areas such as public administration reform, improving conditions for business environment or strengthening energy sector."
"Personally, I believe in continuing active coordination of Moldova and EU," wrote Filip.
The conclusions of the European officials were also welcomed by leadership of Democrats’ party of Moldova (PDM).
"The conclusions of the EU Council encourage us to continue reforms that we have undertaken in the European path of Moldova. We remain strongly committed to the needs of citizens of Moldova and we assure our international partners that they have serious and realistic interlocutors in Chisinau, including in the areas where is place for something better. I personally welcome commitment of EU to Moldova and constant interest in development of Moldova, reconfirmed by officials in Brussels today," wrote on his official website leader of Democrats, Vlad Plahotniuc,
The Council for Foreign Affairs of the European Union published its conclusions on Moldova today. The document has 27 points indicating the progress and arrears of Moldova.
