Bypass road of Sangerei to be reopened

Chisinau, 28 February /MOLDPRES/- Bypass road of Sangerei town will be reopened until a new company is set up to repair it. Prime Minister Pavel Filip made a request in this regard today, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.

The premier pointed out that at present the road that directly crosses the town is overloaded by transport, causing traffic jams and a lot of noise. This was due that traffic on the bypass was stopped in 2016, when it was planned to repair it. The company committed to restore the road has not fulfilled its obligations, the contract is currently being terminated.

Under these circumstances, until contracting another company to start the works, Filip requested reopening bypass road of Sangerei to reduce inconvenience for residents.
