Moldovan official journal roundup for 16 March

Chisinau, 15 March /MOLDPRES/- The law amending and supplementing the article 29 of the law No303 on the public service of water supply and sewerage will be published in the Official Journal of Moldova on 16 March.

Operators of public service water supply and sewerage will be legally obliged by law to conclude individual contracts with each apartment owner.

Under the new regulations, at the initiative of one of the parties, the operator of the public water supply and sewerage system will conclude individual contract with each apartment owner or tenant within 30 calendar days from the request.

This law shall enter into force on its publication in the Official Journal of Moldova.
