Head of EU Delegation in Chisinau, Democrats' party of Moldova leader discuss more topical issues

Chisinau, 15 March /MOLDPRES/ – More topical issues were examined today by Moldovan Deputy Head of Mission, Peter Michalko, and the leader of the Democratic Party of Moldova (PDM), Vlad Plahotniuc.
According to the PDM press service, the dialogue discussed priorities of PDM on reforms in more fields, modification of Broadcasting Code, developments in the Transnistrian conflict settlement, justice reform, as well as position of PDM on new local elections in Chisinau, for which leader of Democrats reaffirmed the need for pro – European forces to designate and support a single candidate so that Chisinau to get a modern and efficient administration.
Similalrly, it was also discussed commitment of PDM to maintaining European vector at the meeting, as well as the need for a pro – European coalition after parliamentary elections by the end of 2018.
It was agreed that such meetings would take place regularly to discuss current topics, following the dialogue.
