Moldovan parliament takes note of resignation of deputy head of Supreme Court of Justice

Chisinau, 16 March /MOLDPRES/- The parliament today took note of the resignation of Petru Ursache from the position of judge, deputy head of the Supreme Court of Justice and head of the criminal college of the Supreme Court of Justice on 10 April 2018.
The judge will leave office on the basis of a resignation request. Since 2007 Urscahe worked as a judge of CSJ, and later appointed as deputy head of CSJ.
Following the resignation of the magistrate, CSJ will announce a contest to fill the position of judge. Candidates will be able to apply for the job within 20 days after the publication in the Official Journal of Moldova.
Also, the parliament took note of the resignation of Mihai Poalelungi from the judge office and head of the Supreme Court of Justice. The magistrate will serve as judge and head of the Constitutional Court.
