Cosauti customs post ceased activity

Chisinau, 21 March /MOLDPRES/- The Cosauti customs post has ceased activity, due to the increase of the water level in the Dniestre river.
It worked only during yesterday, its operation being interrupted on 15 March.
The spokesperson of the Customs Service, Cristina Rau, noted that during suspension of the traffic, people can choose two other nearby customs posts – Soroca or Otaci.
The water level in the Dniestre river was high, after an increased amount of precipitation has fallen in Moldova and neighboring countries in recent days.
