Moldcell mobile telephony company to have other owners, to continue providing quality services - company's representative

Chisinau, 26 March /MOLDPRES/ – Moldcell company will have other owners, but it will continue to provide high – quality services, said representative of company, Gheorghe Hincu, commenting statements of general manager of Turkcell, on selling Moldcell in 2018.
A communique of the company also states that Moldcell, "will continue to invest in continuous network expansion and latest technologies, as well as to offer its customers the most attractive and advantageous offers".
The most important Turkish mobile operator Turkcell announced that it would sell its units in Kazakhstan and Moldova in 2018. At a conference in Istanbul, executive director of the company, Kaan Terzioglu, said the company would analyze strategic options for some units being not properly rated. The mobile operator Kcell in Kazakhstan and its Moldcell counterpart operating in Moldova belong to northern telecom operator Telia Company and Fintur, Telia and Turkcell.
Telia sold its businesses in four of the seven countries to the so-called Eurasian unit: Nepal, Tajikistan, Georgia and Azerbaijan now. It still has operations in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Moldova, reports Reuters.
