Chisinau, 26 March /MOLDPRES/ - The ruling coalition considered more up-to-date issues at a meeting today.
According to the press service of the Democratic Party of Moldova (PDM), Prime Minister Pavel Filip, the members of the cabinet of ministers, the leadership of PDM and the one of the European People’s Party of Moldova (PPEM) took part in the meeting.
The participants in the event discussed the implementation of the most important projects of the governance. It is about the programme, Good Roads for Moldova, which provides for the restoration of 1,200 km of local roads, First Home programme, introduction of the 112 national emergency service and a draft on meal vouchers for employees. In the context, the management of the Coalition demanded that ministers get actively involved, for these programmes to be successfully carried out.
Also, the participants discussed a string of proposals for the education and health sectors.
Prime Minister Pavel Filip informed about the visit by a delegation of experts of the International Monetary Fund and the conclusions of the discussions with them. In this respect, the PM noted that “Moldova’s programme with IMF is maintained in the parameters established.”
Also, the participants in the meeting said that a delegation of Moldova’s parliament would be present in Bucharest on 27 March to attend a meeting of Romania’s parliament dedicated to the Centenary.
The participants in the meeting also referred to the new local polls from Chisinau. They ascertained that “the initiative on the unity of the pro-European forces so far has been ignored by diverse opposition forces and there is the real risk that, if a single candidate is not backed, the elections will be won by the Socialist left, just as it happened at the presidential polls.”
