Employees of Moldova's service of national defence bodies, state's security, public order to receive allowances for terrorism fighting activity

Chisinau, 20 July /MOLDPRES/ - The decision on the amendment of a government decision, On the payment of salaries to servicemen, strength and command staff employed in the service of national defence, state’s security and public order, has been published in the Official Journal of Moldova (Monitorul Oficial).     

The document sees providing allowances worth up to 6,500 lei for special activities of fighting terrorism.  

The following employees will be able to benefit from such payments: intelligence and security officers of the Alfa special detachment of the Intelligence and Security Service, civil servants with special status of the Pantera special detachment of the National Administration of Penitentiaries, the strength and command staff of the Fulger special battalion of the National Army, strength and command staff of the special company Scorpion of the Carabineers Troops Department, employees of the Fulger special police brigade of the General Police Inspectorate, employees of the Company No 1 of the battalion No1 of the patrol brigade of the National Patrol Inspectorate, as well as guard officers of the State Protection and Guard Service.      

The decision will enter into force on 1 August 2018.
