Pupils from Moldova get bronze medal, honourable mention at International Olympiad in Biology

Chisinau, 24 July /MOLDPRES/ - Pupils from Moldova have got a bronze medal and an honourable mention at the International Olympiad in Biology, held in Tehran, Iran, on 15-22 July.
According to the Education, Culture and Research Ministry, the bronze medal was awarded to a 11th-form pupil of the Orizont theoretical lyceum from Chisinau and the honourable mention went to a 11th form pupil of the Prometeu-Prim Creativeness and Invention Lyceum from the Moldovan capital.
More than 260 competitors from 70 countries participated in the 29th issue of the International Olympiad in Biology.
Four pupils and two teachers represented Moldova at the contest.
