Moldovan Anticorruption Centre's officers make searches at Economics Ministry, National Road Transport Agency

Chisinau, 26 July /MOLDPRES/ - Anticorruption officers and prosecutors today made raids at the Economics and Infrastructure Ministry and the National Road Transport Agency (ANTA).

The searches take place on several criminal files regarding irregularities in the transport sector.

The spokesperson for the National Anticorruption Centre (CNA), Angela Starinschi, has told MOLDPRES that the raids were carried out in Chisinau.

„The criminal prosecution actions started early in the morning with searches at homes of officials and now they continue at more addresses from the capital, including ANTA and the headquarters of the Economics and Infrastructure Ministry. We will come up with details during the operation,’’ Starinschi said.
