Moldovan parliament dismisses two top court judges from office

Chisinau, 26 July /MOLDPRES/ - The parliament today adopted the dismissal from office of two judges of the Supreme Court of Justice (CSJ).
It is about Constantin Alergus, dismissed from office CSJ magistrate, and Nicolae Gordila, dismissed from the position of CSJ judge and deputy head of the Criminal College and the Supreme Court of Justice.
According to the head of the parliament’s juridical commission for rules and immunities, Raisa Apolschi, the dismissals from office were made based on the applications submitted.
The draft decision enters into force on the date of adoption.
