Chisinau-Tiraspol working groups on social, humanitarian assistance issues hold meeting in Moldovan capital

Chisinau, 26 July /MOLDPRES/ - A meeting of the working groups on social and humanitarian assistance issues was held at the Chisinau-based headquarters of the OSCE Mission. The delegation on behalf of Chisinau was led by the state secretary in the social assistance sector at the Health, Labour and Social Protection Ministry, manager of the working group Viorica Dumbraveanu, the Reintegration Policies Bureau has reported.

The participants in the meeting continued discussions on a potential mechanism as to the return of children to the permanent residence. The sides identified solutions to certain problems; in the near future, additional consultations are to start to give final touches to the concerned mechanism.

The next meeting of the working group will take place in Tiraspol.
