Moldovan pupils won three bronze medals at International Chemistry Olympiad

Chisinau, 30 July /MOLDPRES/- Pupils from the Republic of Moldova have won three bronze medals at the International Chemistry Olympiad, 50th edition. The event was attended by 300 competitors from 76 countries of the world.
The bronze medalists in the competition are: Chiril Solovei, 12th form pupil, "Orizont" Theoretical High School, Chisinau; Vladislav Ghieş - 12th form, "Ion Creangă" Theoretical High School, Balti; Mihaela Magdei - 12th form, "Prometeu-Prim" High School of Creativity and Invention, Chisinau.
The Republic of Moldova was represented at the contest by four pupils and two teachers.
The jubilee edition of the International Chemistry Olympics took place on 19-29 July in Bratislava and Prague.
