Moldova, France to collaborate within civil aviation

Chisinau, 31 July /MOLDPRES/ – Moldova and France will cooperate in the field of civil aviation and safe airspace management. It will be possible after it was signed today in Chisinau a Cooperation Agreement between the Civil Aeronautical Authority (AAC) of Moldova and the General Directorate of Civil Aviation of France.

According to the press release of AAC, the collaboration between two entities will facilitate info exchange on European regulations within flight safety and security and thus contribute to advancement of Moldova in implementation of roadmap for a single European airspace.

The parties also agreed to organise training for AAC experts, navigation staff, air traffic controllers, engineers, technicians and airport operators.

The exact plan of Moldovan – French collaboration within civil aviation will be finalised through an annual programme.
