Moldovan national commission of collective consultations, negotiations convenes new meeting

Chisinau, 31 July /MOLDPRES/ – The representatives of Government, Employers and Trade Unions gathered today at the meeting of National commission of collective consultations and negotiations, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.
During the meeting, it was presented the report on application of healthcare legislation for prevention of occupational diseases, presented by the Ministry of Healthcare, Labour and Social Protection (MSMPS) together with the National Agency for Public Healthcare (ANSP).
The Commission also endorsed the draft Collective Convention at national level on the model of the Contract of continuing vocational training. The project was developed in order to ensure the correct application of Labour Code upon conclusion of such contracts.
There were related some other issues included in agenda to tariffs for passenger transport and legislation regulating activity of non-bank lending organisations. The submitted proposals by representatives of Employers are to be thoroughly discussed in the Transport industry commission and National commission of financial market.
Also, the Commission approved the Action Plan for the second semester of 2018, as to ensure effective discussions and consultations of normative acts and issues of common interest to Employers, Trade Unions and Government.
