Chisinau, 1 August /MOLDPRES/- European vector inclusion in the Constitution is one of Parliament's priorities for the autumn session. Speaker Andrian Candu made the statement today.
The speaker today presented the priorities of the next parliamentary session. "We want to include the European vector of the country in the Constitution. Currently, we do not have the necessary votes to adopt the amendment, but hopefully we will find the necessary support, I refer to colleagues from PL and PLDM. This change will bring us closer to the European Union," he said.
“Also in the next session, the findings regarding the non-validation of the elections in the capital will be presented. There will be several recommendations to clarify important moments in electoral law. These mentions are necessary, especially as the parliamentary elections are approaching. At the same time, we propose that, by mid- November, we vote for the drafts on the state budget and fiscal policy. We will also continue to implement social projects. Also, the law on access to information, the law on advertising and the document on the fiscal facilities for media institutions are to be approved,” he said.
The autumn session starts in September and cannot go beyond the end of December.
