Jaloba stated that personnel reductions were based on subdivisions with administrative – institutional management functions, mentioning that the staff was reduced by about 31 per cent. After reorganisation, out of 481 employees of Center about 70 per cent are specialists directly or indirectly involved in provision of services provided by CTIF.
