Moldovan deputy premier visits two localities in Dubasari district

Chisinau, 3 August /MOLDPRES/- Deputy Prime Minister Cristina Lesnic with representatives of the Bureau for Reintegration, Chişinău Territorial Office of the State Chancellery, yesterday had a meeting with the local public administration, employees of educational institutions, economic agents and landowners from Cocieri and Molovata Nouă villages, Dubasari district, the Bureau for Reintegration has reported.
The working visit was based on the fact that as starting from 1 August 2018 the access to agricultural land in Dubasari was restored in accordance with the Protocol Decision "On some measures to regulate the problems related to the implementation of the 2006 mechanism on land use located in Dubasari district of 25 November 2017.
“Farmers' access to agricultural land is one of the goals of the 2018 work agenda, in which the government, with substantial efforts, has come to resolve an old and sensitive problem. This issue will continue to be monitored to allow permanent and unhindered access," the official said.
The official also approached the farmers' plans on agricultural land, compensations, problems faced by villagers: road repairs, extension of street lighting system and situation on the ferry running in the region.
At the same time, taking into account that the Cocieri and Molovata Noua are located within the perimeter of the Security Zone, the discussions focused on the issues related to the level of implementation of the projects financed through the Program of the country's reintegration activities.
At the same time, Cristina Lesnic paid a visit to kindergartens, the House of Culture, the School of Arts in the villages.
The deputy premier also noted the importance of cooperation to provide quality services to citizens and jointly identify sustainable solutions to existing problems in the community.
Discussions were open, addressing concrete questions and putting forward proposals to improve the quality of life in the region.
