Moldovan official journal roundup for today

Chisinau, 3 August /MOLDPRES/- The Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Moldova with all amendments was published today in the Official Journal of Moldova.

Civil Procedural Law sets hearing of cases arising from civil, family, labor, housing, land, ecological and other legal relationships, special cases, as well as those arising in connection with enforcement of court documents and other authorities.

Also, the issue included a decision on approval of additional social facilities for the victims of political repression. Victims of political repression will be provided with a package of priority medical services based on the Single Program of Compulsory Health Insurance. It includes conducting the annual preventive medical examination at the family doctor, as well as annual rehabilitation treatment at the Hospital of the Sanatorial Curative Association and Recovery of the State Chancellery.
